If you feel their is genuinely a problem with the machine, call Apple immediately. Take a look at what it is causing your Mac to struggle, anything you don't use or recognize you should look into and consider deleting. Head into Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor and arrange Activities by CPU Usage using the drop down menu above.
